Refunds & Returns
All items purchased from the Stevie & Me online store may only be exchanged or returned to the Stevie & Me online store or in person at our Caringbah warehouse. Refunds and exchanges cannot be made in person at any Stevie and Me Pop-up store. All below conditions will apply to all items being exchanged or returned to the Stevie & me Online Store. Returns must be in as new condition with tags attached unless faulty.
Faulty goods will be dealt with as per the manufacturer's warranty. Special return offers apply to individuals only. Due to health regulations, we are unable to exchange or refund on any underwear or swimwear. We recommend sending returns via registered post as we do not accept responsibility for lost items. We will happily exchange or refund your item provided the item and its packaging is in its original condition with the original tags attached. All refunds and exchanges must be processed properly for efficient service. Please fill out the corresponding returns/exchanges slip on your receipt and send in a self addressed post bag to Unit 1/155 Taren Point Road, Caringbah 2229 NSW Australia.
